1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the kv8vip website accessible at kv8vip.net, including all games, betting markets, account features, and support services made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the kv8vip Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the kv8vip Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladesh Taka (৳), the currency in which all kv8vip balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive made available by kv8vip to eligible Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus Bonus amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal request may be processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which use of the kv8vip Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kv8vip Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• Are at least 18 years of age;
• Are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players on the kv8vip Platform regardless of device, browser, or access method. Use of the Platform on mobile, desktop, or any other device constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the kv8vip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. kv8vip enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and will request identity verification documents where necessary to confirm age.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling before using the Platform.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction that prohibits you from gambling on the kv8vip Platform.
• Good standing: You must not have had a previous kv8vip Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.

kv8vip reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an Account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe an eligibility condition is not met.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the kv8vip Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and game play, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• You may hold only one Account on the kv8vip Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep this information current at all times.
• kv8vip may request identity verification ("KYC") documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
• You must not register using false, misleading, or another person's identity details. Providing fraudulent information is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.
• kv8vip reserves the right to refuse Account registration without providing a reason.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kv8vip Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify kv8vip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Not allow any other person to use your Account or place bets on your behalf.

kv8vip shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been carried out by you unless you have notified kv8vip of a security breach in a timely manner.

6. Deposits

All deposits on the kv8vip Platform are denominated in BDT. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• kv8vip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your kv8vip Account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• kv8vip does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must belong to the registered Account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in Account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. kv8vip reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
• kv8vip does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which kv8vip accepts no liability.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your kv8vip Account are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal request will be processed. kv8vip reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. kv8vip may request documentation confirming payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your Account.
• If you have an active Bonus balance with an outstanding Wagering Requirement, withdrawal of funds subject to that requirement may be restricted until the requirement is satisfied.
• kv8vip reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

kv8vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all kv8vip bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual bonus terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, Wagering Requirements, eligible games, maximum bet size during wagering, and expiry period. Players must read and understand these terms before opting in to any bonus.
• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. kv8vip reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Bonus funds that remain subject to Wagering Requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• kv8vip reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by Players.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or any other strategy deemed by kv8vip to constitute bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the bonus terms.

9. Game Rules

kv8vip provides access to casino games — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — supplied by third-party software providers. The following conditions apply:

• Each game on the kv8vip Platform is governed by the rules of that specific game as determined by the relevant software provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before playing.
• All games available on kv8vip use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical gaming equipment operated by trained live dealers. The outcome of all games is determined independently of kv8vip.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — kv8vip reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Account balance. kv8vip shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical malfunction.
• Winnings from game play will be credited to your kv8vip Account balance promptly following the completion of the relevant game round.
• kv8vip reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to any game for maintenance, updates, or any other operational reason.

10. Sports Betting

kv8vip provides sports betting markets covering cricket — including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — as well as football and other sports. The following conditions apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance.
• kv8vip reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known at the time the bet was placed, where an error in the posted odds was material, or where there is evidence of market manipulation.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets placed prior to suspension will stand unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• kv8vip reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event and per Player at its discretion. These limits will be communicated to Players where applicable.
• Settlement of bets will be based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) following the conclusion of the relevant event.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kv8vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to place bets;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain funds or advantages not legitimately earned;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of criminal conduct;
• Making a chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to your kv8vip Account;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

kv8vip is committed to promoting responsible gambling and supporting Players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control the amount they can fund within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours to 30 days) during which they will not be able to access the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely stop gambling on kv8vip may request self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly.

kv8vip strictly enforces its 18+ age policy. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform, please contact us immediately. All Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, please seek help and contact our support team.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the kv8vip Platform — including but not limited to the kv8vip brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of kv8vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any kv8vip content without prior written authorisation;
• Use the kv8vip brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property for any commercial purpose without express written consent;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any kv8vip software.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• kv8vip provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• kv8vip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or data errors.
• kv8vip's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount held in your Account balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
• kv8vip accepts no liability for losses resulting from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms & Conditions or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

15. Amendments to These Terms

kv8vip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, kv8vip will take reasonable steps to notify Players — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the registered Account address. Your continued use of the kv8vip Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and kv8vip, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter promptly and informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or other appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits kv8vip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
